No. It calculates from your numbers and checks against published expectations. A lender or agency decides by its own rules, and you should check the details with them. Every threshold in a lender pack is a stand-in to verify.

Yes. Every model and plan keeps up to 40 revisions, and a restore is saved as a new revision so it can be undone too.

Changes to your inputs: best has volumes 30 percent higher and churn 30 percent lower; worst has volumes 40 percent lower, churn 50 percent higher and customers paying 15 days later. You can save your own.

Yes: three designs (ledger, classic, modern) and three lengths (concise, short, long). A design change never changes a word or a number.

When everything is confirmed and approved and the required sections are there. Until then it is a draft, with a watermark on the PDF.

No. Text may only quote figures from your forecast. A draft with a number that is not in the model is refused, whoever wrote it.

Cells the template cannot know. They are marked needs your value, illustrative or to verify, and only you can clear them. The plan is a draft until you do.

An integrity check compares them, and if they do not agree, no number is read from the model and the export stops.

Nothing you do not hand over deliberately: no analytics, no tracking pixel, no advertising. The privacy statement lists the one small cookie that remembers the colour of the day.
