About

Built so the numbers come first.

Business Plan is made by AVS Media in Nijmegen, the Netherlands, as one of the apps of Geenius OS.

Most business plan tools write fluent text and leave the numbers to you. The numbers are what a bank reads first, and they are where plans quietly fall apart: a revenue figure in the summary that is not the one in the forecast, a cash balance that goes negative in month seven that nobody mentioned.

We built Business Plan the other way round. The forecast comes first, and the text is built on top of it. You describe your business in one sentence and answer a few plain questions. The app picks a starting forecast, writes a first draft of every section and lists the numbers only you can give. Every figure in the text is a cell of the forecast, so nothing drifts, and a figure that is not in the model is refused.

What it is, and what it is not#

Business Plan is a guided plan with a monthly forecast (profit and loss, cash flow, balance sheet, KPIs, best and worst case, break-even and the funding you need), checks against Dutch and German bank and subsidy expectations, and an export as PDF or Markdown. It is orientation, not advice: the lender and subsidy lists are stand-ins to check with the lender or an advisor, and a lender decides by its own rules. It does not write a DOCX, and built-in AI drafting is off until it is switched on. Your own AI, Claude, ChatGPT or Grok, can work with a plan through Geenius OS on every plan.

Part of Geenius OS#

Business Plan is one of the external apps of Geenius OS, the workspace where your AI works inside your apps through one connection. It works on its own, with its own account and plans, and a Geenius OS plan includes it.

Who makes it#
