The business plan generator
From one sentence to a plan a bank can read.
Describe your business in one sentence and answer a few plain questions. You get a first draft, a forecast of money in and money out, and a list of what is still missing. Every number in the text comes from your forecast, so nothing drifts.

What it does
A plan you can defend.
Most plan tools write nice text and leave the numbers to you. Business Plan starts from the numbers and builds the text on top of them.
Describe
One sentence and a few plain questions. A first draft of every section.
Guided planForecast
Profit and loss, cash flow and balance sheet, month by month, from the same inputs.
ForecastCheck
See what a Dutch or German bank or agency would ask for, and fix the gaps.
Lender checksExport
A PDF where a figure that is not in the forecast stops the export.
Export
Guided plan
One sentence in, a first draft out.
Answer a few plain questions: what you sell and to whom, the kind of business, the country, your price, how many sales a month, what it costs to start, what you pay yourself and what you want to raise. The app picks a starting forecast, writes a draft of every section from it and lists the numbers only you can give.
- Plain words, a tip and an example for every section
- English, German and Dutch
- Answers you give are confirmed; the rest stay marked as open
Forecast
Money in, money out, month by month.
Profit and loss, cash flow and balance sheet come from the same inputs, in whole cents, so the balance sheet balances exactly. Best and worst case, break-even and how much funding you need and when. Change a number and the whole plan moves.
- The statements always agree, or the export stops
- Base, best and worst case as changes to inputs
- Sensitivity: which input moves the result most
The truth guard
A made-up number is refused.
Text in the plan may only quote figures that are cells of your forecast. You write {{pl.revenue.Y1}} and the text prints the model's figure. A number typed by hand, or by an AI, that is not in the model is refused with the model's own figure next to it.
- Every figure traceable to a cell
- Unconfirmed numbers are marked as drafts
- The same rule for you and for your AI
Lenders and subsidies
Checked against what the bank looks at.
Pick a Dutch or German route (bank, Qredits, Gründungszuschuss, KfW Startgeld, ERP-Gründerkredit, EXIST) or an investor version in English, and see which sections, statements and ratios are still missing: cash never below zero, debt service, owner pay, equity share and break-even.
- Seven packs, as data
- Blockers, warnings and info, each pointing at its cell
- Orientation: every threshold is a stand-in to check with the lender
A door for your AI
Your AI drafts. You confirm the numbers.
Connect Claude, ChatGPT or Grok to Geenius OS once. Your AI can build the model, list what is open, write sections with placeholders instead of figures, run the truth guard and export Markdown. It cannot make a figure up, and it cannot confirm your numbers for you.
- 24 verbs of one tool, documented
- On every plan
- Edits can name the revision they read
In numbers
Facts you can check, not testimonials.
Business Plan is in early access and has no public customers yet. These are things you can look up in the app and the docs today.
- 7lender and subsidy packs for NL, DE and investors
- 5forecast templates: services, freelancer, shop, subscription, marketplace
- 3languages: English, German, Dutch
- 100points of readiness: sections, confirmed numbers, integrity

From the blog
Notes on plans you can defend.
Start with the numbers, then write
Why a business plan should start from a forecast and quote it, instead of writing fluent text and adding figures later.
Open numbers are the honest part
Why Business Plan marks numbers it cannot know as needs your value, illustrative or to verify, and keeps a plan a draft until you confirm them.
Cash is the story, not profit
Why the lowest month-end cash decides the funding need in a small business plan, and how Business Plan computes it with a buffer.
Questions
Good questions.
What is Business Plan?
A business plan generator. You describe your business in one sentence and answer a few plain questions. You get a first draft, a monthly forecast and a list of what is missing, checked against Dutch and German bank and subsidy expectations, and a PDF where every number comes from the forecast. It is an app of Geenius OS and also works on its own.
Is it advice?
No. It calculates from your numbers and checks against published expectations. A lender or agency decides by its own rules, and you should check the details with them. Every threshold in a lender pack is a stand-in to verify.
Do I need AI?
No. You can write a plan by hand with guidance. Your own AI can also work with the plan through Geenius OS on every plan. Built-in AI drafting is a Premium and Max feature and is off until it is switched on.
Is it ready to use?
It is in early access: people request access and payments are in test mode. What this site describes is built. Request access.
Which countries?
The Netherlands and Germany first, plus an English version for investors. More markets are added as data.
Which languages can I write in?
English, German and Dutch. The language follows the market you choose, and the app's words follow your own language.
Start with one sentence.
