AI writes fluent business plans. That is the problem: fluent and wrong look the same, especially with numbers. Business Plan lets your own AI help while making it impossible for a made-up figure to get in.
The rule for text#
Figures in a plan are written as placeholders that point at model cells, such as the revenue of year one. When the plan is shown or exported, the placeholder prints the model's figure. If a sentence contains digits that are not backed by a cell, or a reference that does not exist, the guard refuses the block and shows the model's own figure.

A good first ask#
Ask it to start a model from the template that fits, for the country you want, and to tell you which numbers it needs from you before it writes anything with a figure in it. That order keeps it honest, and it keeps you in the loop on the part only you know.
Edits that do not collide#
An edit can name the revision it read. If someone else changed the plan in between, the edit says so instead of overwriting. That helps when you and your AI both work on the same plan.
On which plans#
